Large conservatory for sale. Width 4.7 meters,depth (wall to garden) 2.54 meters. Standing on concrete base. One sliding door at the front and one ordinary door at the side with a dog flap. All the doors/windows working but one window slight misting. Buyer responsible for taking apart and removal. Once payment accepted and taking apart starts, seller has no further responsibility for any damage - buyer responsible for all and any damage to any part of the unit. Must be removed by 14.07.2012
