Mosda Cigarette Lighter ?

Here i have a Mosda Streamline Lighter and built in case with box, it is in very good condition but i have not tested it, as i can see it will need a flint and some petrol,it comes with the original box but it is just slightly tatty. There is also a pouch for lighter as per picture. Lighter opens to reveal space for cigarette storage
