Our 2 year old caravan is light and airy, double glazed and centrally heated. It is sited on an area of Littlesea’s 5 star all action award winning park in a pleasant and peaceful position. Parking is next to the caravan on a tarmac drive. There are two bedrooms, one spacious Main and one Twin bedroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite. On the right side the room is a double wardrobe with 4 drawers at the bottom, a dressing table with a mirror and a stool, then a full length shelved cupboard. There are bedside cabinets either side of the bed. A TV aerial is on the wall at the bottom of the bed. There are 3 electrical sockets, 1 above each bedside cabinet and 1 under the dressing table unit. The twin room has 2 single beds, separated with a bedside cabinet, which can be pushed together to make a double bed if needed. There are also 3 wall cupboards, 1 above each bed and 1 at the end of 1 of the beds, there is also a further cupboard below the top cupboard at the end of the bed. There is a TV aerial point in this room and an electrical socket. There is also a separate shower room with a sink and toilet. The Lounge is open plan, creating a large and spacious living and dining area. The dining area has a free standing table and chairs. In the lounge area there is a gas fire, TV cabinet, Display Cabinet above the fire. There is also another Display Cabinet on the opposite side to the Dining Table which is ideal for glasses etc. There is also a double pull-out bed incorporated in the lounge seating area. The well appointed kitchen has a good sized integrated fridge freezer, externally extracted canopy, gas oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and an integrated ironing board.
